Experient is the only company authorized by NACS to handle CAMEX room reservations. All communications concerning the NACS hotel block in Dallas, TX, will come from Experient or NACS directly. Other, unaffiliated companies may contact you and mention NACS or CAMEX, but they have no connection to the event. Be careful: it could be a scam. And if you book with another provider, NACS can’t help if a problem arises with the reservation, even if it’s at a hotel within the block.
