On the hotel reservations web site you can view hotel information, search room availability and make your reservation. You may also return to the site to review, modify, or cancel your reservation. A valid credit card is required to confirm online reservation requests.

Print and complete a Hotel Reservation Form for each room request. A valid credit card is required to confirm fax reservation requests. Housing forms received without a valid deposit will not be processed.

Attendees and Exhibitors: Beware of Phony Housing Scheme

NACS has been informed that some CAMEX exhibitors have received e-mails from the company, Conventional Housing, with information about hotels in Anaheim. Please be aware that this company is not associated with NACS, the CAMEX Housing Bureau, nor the Anaheim Convention Bureau. These unofficial housing groups tend to make bogus promises and offer hotels close to the Convention Center. The reality in most cases is a reservation at a branch hotel further away. These types of groups usually demand full payment upfront and make cancellations virtually impossible. Many are here today and gone tomorrow with your money—so be careful!

All communication about CAMEX hotels will be e-mailed to you from CAMEX Housing Bureau, CAMEX, and/or NACS DEPT Expositions.

The CAMEX Housing Bureau will send you an acknowledgment of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. You will not receive a written confirmation from your hotel.

E-mail acknowledgments will be sent within 72 hours of your reservation being processed, if you provide an e-mail address.

Faxed and mailed acknowledgments will be sent within 10-14 days of your reservation being processed. If unable to send an e-mail acknowledgment, the Housing Bureau will attempt to send the acknowledgment via fax. If unable to send via fax, a mailed acknowledgment will be sent.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment within these time frames, please contact the Housing Bureau by fax at (714) 776-2688.

Please book your reservation by Feb. 12, 2009, to receive the special CAMEX rates. Thereafter, CAMEX room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 15% occupancy tax (subject to change) plus $1.15 California Tourism Act fee.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night plus tax per room, payable by check or credit card. Request cannot be processed without one of the following guarantees.

The CAMEX Housing Bureau must receive cancellations on or prior to Jan. 22, 2009, to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations received after Jan. 22, 2009 will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee, to be charged seven days after cancellation.

Please use the CAMEX Housing Bureau through Feb. 11, 2009. Beginning Feb. 12, cancellations/changes must be directed to your confirmed hotel. Cancellations must be received within 72 hours prior to arrival or the hotel will charge one night room and tax.
