HEALTH & SAFETY

The health and safety of our members, attendees, exhibitors, and guests is a top priority for the CAMEX Conference & Trade Show. Our policy is informed by guidance from the CDC and local governments. The Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC), the Muhammad Ali Center (MAC), The Galt House Hotel and Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby Museum currently have mask mandates in place or may require temperature checks before entering the facility.

Prior to receiving badges at CAMEX22, all registrants must sign off on the health and safety agreement confirming they’ve either been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have had a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of arriving onsite at CAMEX. Do not attend CAMEX if you are exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you have been in close contact with someone confirmed as COVID-19 positive or are under any quarantine orders.

Hand sanitization stations are available throughout the KICC, MAC, Galt House Hotel, and Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby Museum.

The Kentucky International Convention Center’s facilities staff are Global Bio-Risk Advisory Council Trained & Certified on sanitization and operating procedures.

Registered attendees & exhibitors will receive a “What to Know Before You Go” email prior to CAMEX22 to keep you up to date on policies in place at all facilities.
