  Booth Fees

  Per 10'x10' space

 

  • NACS Vendor Affiliate Members $2,650 up to firstround booth assignment deadline date, August 5,2022. $2,750 if received after August 5, 2022.
  • Non-Affiliate Vendors $2,800 up to first roundbooth assignment deadline date, August 5, 2022.$2,900 if received after August 5, 2022.

Included in Drayage Fees

  • Drayage rates below $1.50/lb. (NACS/CAMEX is absorbing over 20% of exhibitor's drayage fees)
  • Receiving and storage of your booth freight at the advance warehouse.
  • Receiving onsite shipments.
  • Getting your freight to your booth and back to the dock for carrier pick up.
  • Storing properly labeled empty crates and cartons and returning them at the close of show.

Booth Deposit and Payment Schedule

 

  • After September 30, 2022, full booth payment is due upon receipt of application.
  • Invoices will be sent as booth confirmation after first round booth assignments.
  • Booth balance is due by September 30, 2022.
  • Payment may be made by credit card, ACH or check.
  • Contracts submitted without proper paperwork, payment, or authorized signature will be rejected.
  • If space is not fully paid for by September 30, 2022, space is subject to cancellation or reassignment atthe discretion of NACS Management.

 

Booth Assignment Process

  • Applications with deposits received by August 5, 2022 will be included in first round booth assignment.
  • An online booth space draw will take place by appointment after the August 5, 2022 deadline.
  • The booth space draw appointment order will be based on Priority Points Accrual and by the date the application and deposit are received.
  • The online booth space draw will allow you to see available booth space, check where others have been assigned, and select your desired location in real time.
  • Applications received after August 5, 2022 will be assigned booths based on date received.
  • Companies that wish to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter.

Priority Points Accrual

 

  1. Exhibit Consistency: One point for each year of consecutive exhibition at CAMEX. 
  2. Sponsorship/Engagement Spend: Incurred in the previous year’s CAMEX event. 
  3. One point for every $2,500 in CAMEX sponsorship/ad support 
  4. One point for every $2,500 in NACS Foundation donations 
  5. Vendor Affiliate Status: One point for current Vendor Affiliate status through May 31, 2024 . 
  6. Exhibit Space: One point for every 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space, reserved in the current year for CAMEX24. 

 

*Downsizing booth space after initial booth assignment is considered cancellation and will result in booth space reassignment.


Standard Online Booth Listing

  • Includes company name, booth number, company description, product category listings, show special listing, scheduled event listing, collateral uploads, automated lead capture for online booth visits, and much more!
  • Online exhibitor upgrades are available to purchase with more features to increase your visibility.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be received via email to expositions@nacs.org.
  • If cancellation request is received on or before September 30, 2022, the exhibitor will receive 50% of total booth fee (NACS keeps 50% deposit).
  • No refunds will be given on cancellations made after September 30, 2022. Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request. If we are unable to hold CAMEX due to restrictions put in place in the U.S., State of Louisiana, or New Orleans, we will revisit the refund policy and schedule.
