Exhibit Application

The CAMEX22 exhibit application and floor plan are live! Exhibit applications received by the deadline date will be included in first round booth assignment. Priority points and date received prior to the deadline will determine the order of booth placement. Don’t delay! There’s limited booth space available to purchase. Booth Fees

10x10 - $2,500 each for NACS Vendor Affiliates
$2,650 each for Non-Vendor Affiliates
Corner fees - $400 each

Online upgrades with added features will be available to purchase. 50% deposit is due upon submission of exhibit application. The balance is due net 30 after invoicing following booth assignment.

Networking Events

We’re busy planning several networking events! Our Welcome Event will be held at the Galt House Conservatory on Saturday, 2/26 from 6-8pm. We also have a special event planned at the iconic Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby Museum on Monday, 2/28 from 6-8pm. Tickets will be available for pre-purchase only, no onsite tickets will be available.
