We're happy you'll be joining us for the virtual part of our 99th Annual CAMEX! To help you prepare, here are some virtual tips for a smooth experience.
Your time is precious, especially in a virtual environment. The schedule allows your entire team to participate and offers different ways to engage and connect with others.
The CAMEX platform is the main access point for everything you need during CAMEX. Set up your personalized schedule in your My Show Planner. You will need to be logged into the CAMEX platform to access the links to educational sessions.
Missed our email communication on how to set up your account using your attendee ID # and email address? No problem!

With unlimited access to the trade show, you can browse exhibitors’ products and services, discover new vendors, and place orders! You can also check out trade show specials and request appointments with exhibitors through the main CAMEX platform.
Exhibitors will be available to chat live between 1PM – 3PM (Eastern time) on March 15 -17th.
Sessions will be hosted on the Zoom platform. A link to the session will be available 5 minutes prior to the start time in your My Show Planner. Please reach out to support if you have any issues accessing it.
Many of the educational sessions are designed to be interactive. To get the most of your experience, be prepared to be part of the conversation!

Simply click here to download the one(s) that you want to use.
To use the background, go into your Zoom Settings, click on Background & Filters, click on the plus symbol, and add the CAMEX background of your choice.
Most sessions will be recorded and available for playback following the session. A valid event registration is required to access recordings. Recordings will be available after the session has ended and accessible for 90 days after CAMEX. Most slides and handouts will also be available soon after each session.
For best results, prior to the event we recommend installing the “Zoom Client for Meetings” to the specific device you will be using for the conference (computer, tablet, or mobile device).
